Job Summary

A full-service mortgage services company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Bond Underwriter in Brecksville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviews files upfront for initial credit decision based on Company checklists and guidelines
  • Ensures that the loan meets agency, bond agency, and lender guidelines
  • Maintains pipeline within the Company's standard 48-hour turn-around time

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 5 years of credit and appraisal experience in mortgage lending field
  • Recent experience underwriting housing finance agency and bond loans
  • Recent experience Underwriting FHA loans and supporting the Mortgage Lending activity
  • Associate Degree in business management or related field
