Job Summary

A mortgage servicing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Business Development Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing sales representatives with education on topics such as guidelines, how to qualify and price a borrower
  • Organizing, delivering and assisting with CPL B2B presentations
  • Assisting in the development of strategic plans and initiatives that incorporate CPL into current business model

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • 5+ years of sales or operational experience; must have a minimum of 3 years' mortgage experience
  • Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products and underwriting guidelines
  • Strong organizational/time management skills with ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated leadership, enthusiasm and willingness to learn quickly
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
