Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Mortgage Business Optimization Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Documenting processes, pain points and problems detect gaps, and partner with team members
- Building relationships across the organization and promote collaboration and teamwork
- Working with business leaders and stakeholders to understand and document existing business processes
Required Skills:
- Maintain availability to travel if required
- 2-4 years of mortgage banking industry experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Good working knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA
- 1-2 years of project management experience
- Good understanding of channel-specific activities
