Job Summary
A business process outsourcing and management services company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Client Services Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leveraging company products and services to meet client needs
- Building and cultivating working relationships with both customers
- Reviewing client and Agency guidelines to perform Gap Analysis
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years underwriting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Able to professionally and effectively work with both internal teams
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to communicate with members of department
