A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lender figures and review HUD/Settlement Statements
• Coordinate loan documents with title companies and settlement agents
• Manage and resolve issues related to loan documentation and funding details

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage closing experience in private money lending
• Experience closing Non-QM loans such as DSCR and private money loans
• Ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ loans per month
• Experience with basic title review and HUD/Settlement Statement review
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
