Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Closer- DSCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lender figures and review HUD/Settlement Statements
• Coordinate loan documents with title companies and settlement agents
• Resolve documentation issues and ensure accuracy of loan disbursements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage closing experience in private money lending
• Experience closing Non-QM loans, including DSCR and private money loans
• Ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ loans per month
• Familiarity with basic title review and HUD/Settlement Statement review
• Experience with entity documents is a plus
