Key Responsibilities

Prepare lender figures and review HUD/Settlement Statements
Coordinate loan documents with title companies and settlement agents
Manage and resolve issues related to loan documentation and funding details

Required Qualifications

3+ years of mortgage closing experience in private money lending
Experience closing Non-QM loans, including DSCR and private money loans
Ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ loans per month
Experience with title review and HUD/Settlement Statement review
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
