Job Summary
A financial company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Closer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Verifying all closing requirements to be collected at closing as well as all Investor or company closing guidelines are met
- Monitoring closing dates in Encompass and review/verify dates established by originator and processor
- Following up with Mortgage Bankers insuring all GFE/TIL issues are within guidelines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Mortgage documentation knowledge required
- Able to prepare the initial escrow amounts
- Able to insure all aspects of the legal documents are correct and enforceable
