Job Summary

A mortgage services company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Closer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Obtain preliminary figures and tax certification from the settlement agent
  • Coordinate and communicate with mortgage bankers, lenders representatives and settlement agents
  • Prepare, disclose and mail the initial closing disclosure

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of mortgage closing experience required
  • High School Diploma; College degree preferred
  • Advanced math and calculation skills
  • Competence with TRID regulations
