Job Summary

A full service mortgage services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Closer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Understanding and following all procedures
  • Checking accuracy for all essential information provided
  • Communicating with loan officer processing and underwriting staff

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5 yrs mortgage document experience
  • Knowledge of multiple investor closing policies and procedures
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of RESPA TILA Fair Lending Flood and State laws and regulations
  • Microsoft Office including Word Excel Access PowerPoint Outlook
