Job Summary
A financial company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Closer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining a pipeline of loans in various stages from initial closing disclosure to funding, balancing and wire
- Reviewing and verifying all fees and charges associated with the loan are final and accurate and ensure accuracy and consistency of required documents
- Reviewing and auditing executed closing docs, calculates wire amount for each loan package, balances figures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong understanding of TRID Disclosures, CD/LE
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Minimum of 2 years Mortgage Closing Experience (Conventional, FHA and VA )
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience interpreting internet-based loan and document guidelines
