Job Summary

A full-service mortgage services company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Closer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Preparing mortgage closing documents
  • Helping ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulatory requirements
  • Checking accuracy for all essential information provided at submission for closing

Required Skills:

  • 5 years’ mortgage document experience in preparing mortgage loan closing documents
  • Knowledge of multiple investor closing policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, Flood and State laws and regulations
  • Strong computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
