Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Closer II in New York City.

Must be able to:

• Review and verify the accuracy of the final closing statements
• Obtain recording information and ensure the information is entered into the system
• Review Processor input and confirm payees and zero tolerance fees with Settlement Agent

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active or Recent Closing experience required
• 2 or more years experience closing and closing Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA
• Prior work experience may also include positions closing loans for an Escrow Company
• At least three years experience closing FHA, VA, USDA, new construction documentation
