Job Summary

A private mortgage lending service provider is seeking a Remote Mortgage Closer in Detroit.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Ensuring completion of the closing/funding process of residential loans
• Working closely with the production, processing, and closing departments
• Serving as the liaison between the company and JV Partners

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum 4-5 years of mortgage funding, closing, and doc drawing experience
• Ability to multi-task, as well as work efficiently and effectively within required deadlines
• Strong compliance knowledge and experience with identifying risk factors
• Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
