A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Closer in Edison.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing each approved mortgage to determine all conditions have been met
  • Requesting and obtaining specified and required documents for closing
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with the borrower, real estate broker, and Title Company

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Closer
  • Comfortable closing 50 loans per month
  • Experience handling FHA, VA, and conventional loans
  • Experience within Encompass system
