Job Summary
A company that provides automotive financing services is in need of a Remote Mortgage Closer Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing loan files and preparing loan documents and summaries of conditions and fees for closing
- Inputting appropriate document information into the system for settlement
- Preparing closing instructions and coordinating loan closing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience with mortgage closing
- Ability to operate basic office equipment and computerized closing package system
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of multiple loan types
