A real estate group has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Closing Advisor in the Philadelphia Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring files throughout the closing process
- Working with lenders to create final Closing Disclosures
- Managing files in multiple states (state-specific training will be provided)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience putting together purchase and sale closing disclosures
- Experience communicating with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers
- In-depth understanding of the documents used in conjunction with settlements
- Comfortable with technology with ability to learn new programs quickly
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced constantly changing environment
- Ability to ensure the title is clear, fees are accurate and parties are aware of any developments
