Job Summary

A commercial loan company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Closing and Title Manager in Philadelphia.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing Closing Analysts, Title Analysts, Associates and operations administrators
• Reviewing and clearing commercial and residential property report from title vendors
• Resolving title issues, such as secured liens and/or judgments, unclear ownership of the property and other related issues that prevent the clearing of title

Qualifications for this position include:

• A minimum 2 plus years loan closing experience, proven customer support experience, primarily via phone
• Title experience required
• The ability to perform successfully and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• The ability to satisfactorily complete a background check
