Job Summary
A mortgage investment firm is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Closing Auditor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review loan files prior to closing
- Conduct verbal verifications borrowers
- Validate third party documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 3 years of Mortgage Processing and/or Closing Experience required
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the mortgage industry
- Technologically savvy, with the ability to work in varied systems
- Must be responsible, detailed-oriented, and maintain reliable follow-through
- Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy requires
