Job Summary
A mortgage company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Closing Manager.
Must be able to:
- Promote an overall team approach to funding quality loans
- Monitor closing pipeline on daily basis to ensure workflow is evenly distributed
- Provide overall direction and guidance to a team of closers to ensure company standards are met
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of the most recent 3-4 years experience in mortgage closing roles
- Strong interpersonal communication and team building skills
- Minimum of the most recent two years' experience in Closing management
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong PC skills (MS Office) required
- Knowledge and ability to oversee compliance with applicable state and federal laws and industry regulations
