Job Summary
A financial company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Closing PCCD Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing all data on the closing disclosure to ensure accuracy
- Ensuring Title Company has closed loan according to closing instructions
- Balancing, preparing and sending the post consummation closing disclosure to the borrower
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years Mortgage Closing experience (Government and Agency)
- Knowledge of regulations pertaining to the closing process
- Ability to work with settlement agents and TPO partner for supporting documentation
- Ability to resolve outstanding Compliance violations on the post-consummation closing disclosure
- Ability to ensure loan passes all TRID related compliance tests using Mavent
- Ability to ensure tolerance cures as defined by TRID guidelines
