Job Summary

A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Closing Specialist in Spokane.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing and processing home loan files and loan closing documents
  • Performing final review of title policy post loan closing
  • Assuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Position will be remote until it is safe to return to the office
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Two years of relevant work experience in lending, banking, or related field
