Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a call center handling debt collection
• Typing score of 38-40 WPM
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently from home in a quiet, uninterrupted environment
• Understanding of the negotiation process to obtain maximum possible payments
