Remote Mortgage Collector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Collector to join their team on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent mortgage accounts and initiate collection efforts
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect past-due payments and resolve delinquencies
• Accurately document all collection activities in the loan servicing system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage collections is required
• Work in Eastern Time Zone
• Familiarity with mortgage servicing systems and default processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online communication tools
