Job Summary
A real estate company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Compliance Licensing Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the licensing team
- Driving productivity and quality through creation and implementation of efficient processes
- Ensuring compliance with, and managing company processes related to, state licensing requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Three or more years of experience of Mortgage Compliance experience
- Five or more years of NMLS experience
- Three or more years of experience participating in state, federal and/or agency compliance examinations
- Three or more of management experience
- One or more years of experience working with a Loan Origination System
