Job Summary
A financial services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Compliance Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with the development, implementation and maintenance of company policies, procedures.
- Serving as a resource for mortgage regulatory matters and compliance-related initiatives
- Researching of compliance and regulatory developments that affect compliance risk
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of Mortgage Compliance experience
- Ability to maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and industry changes
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
- Strong working knowledge of RESPA (Reg X), TILA (Reg Z), ECOA, HMDA (Reg C), FACTA, FDCPA, FCRA, GLB, and other federal and state laws and regulations applicable to mortgage lenders
