Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Compliance Specialist in San Ramon.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing compliance/regulatory-related research as requested
  • Conducting audits to ensure loans are in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
  • Reviewing HMDA data for accuracy and submit the HMDA LAR annually

Qualifications Include:

  • Attend and actively participate in all scheduled training classes including regulatory compliance education
  • Able to identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of departmental policies and procedures
  • Maintain a strong familiarity with all federal and state mortgage lending laws and regulations
