Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Credit and Underwriting Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Oversee due diligence operations, management and processes within Credit and Underwriting
- Work with Operations Managers to develop and execute detail
- Work with Operations Managers and Senior Management to set up budget and timelines for due diligence projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4 years related experience or training
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and interpret a variety of technical instructions
- Knowledge of Database software and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
