Job Summary

A mortgage lending company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Customer Service Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing, prioritizing and distributing credit and listing lead notifications to team members daily
  • Interpreting and assigning web leads to team members ensuring no duplicates daily
  • Ensuring all group mailbox inquires are dispatched to the correct team member and monitor inbox daily

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Expert-level knowledge of conventional and government mortgage loan documents
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
