Job Summary
A mortgage lending company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Customer Service Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing, prioritizing and distributing credit and listing lead notifications to team members daily
- Interpreting and assigning web leads to team members ensuring no duplicates daily
- Ensuring all group mailbox inquires are dispatched to the correct team member and monitor inbox daily
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Expert-level knowledge of conventional and government mortgage loan documents
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
