A multi-industry consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Default Specialist in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Communicating effectively with mortgage customers via inbound and/or outbound telephone calls
• Identifying customers’ ability to repay
• Accurately updating required systems

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in the residential mortgage industry
• Detail oriented with an emphasis on adherence to established and approved guidelines
• Must have excellent telephonic skills and professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
• Ability to follow scripts while adhering to tight deadlines
• Ability to remain calm and de-escalate tense situations
