Job Summary
A full-service bank and national mortgage originator needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Direct Lending Officer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist customer with friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and accurate services during mortgage home loan originations
- Interview customers, analyze customer data, originate mortgage loans
- Originate mortgage loans that meet Flagstar bank credit and underwriting requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
- NMLS Required
- 1+ year(s) of working in the Direct to Consumer origination business preferred
- Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills including MS applications and previous experience utilizing laptop technology
