Job Summary
A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Disclosure Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing a lending estimate with each new loan application
- Making recommendations regarding more efficient methods and procedures
- Communicating with title companies to gather information for accurate CD preparation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience working on FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA programs and guidelines
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending / closing role
- 1+ years of operating proficiently as a Closing Coordinator 2 or equivalent
- A minimum of experience in CD and Loan estimate review
- Ability to take on production or workflow oversight
