Job Summary

A mortgage software company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Document Drawer and Closer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Performing verifications of employment within required timeframe
• Coordinating and scheduling the closing of loans with Settlement Agent
• Preparing Closing Disclosure and Documents within posted turn times

Position Requirements Include:

• Knowledge of TRID Guidelines
• Must be detail oriented, committed to accuracy with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
• You are able to meet critical deadlines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• You have a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or GED is required
