Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Fulfillment Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating and reporting on daily and monthly goals while working closely with the client on pipeline prioritization
- Overseeing the pipelines and workflow for a team of up to 10 mortgage loan processors and up to 10 mortgage closers
- Conducting reviews of loan files for completeness and adherence to guidelines
Qualifications for this position include:
- Possess the knowledge and understanding of conforming loan programs and agency guidelines
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- A full understanding of how to run an AUS (LP or DU) and knowledge of Federal mortgage compliance origination regulations
- 5 - 8 years Technical Experience
- 1 - 3 years Supervisory Experience
