Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Fulfillment Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Manage & lead a cross-functional mortgage fulfillment team of up to 20 people comprised of processors & closers
- Act as the liaison to the Contract Mortgage Fulfillment client through effective production reporting and regular pipeline updates
- Professionally address client and borrower concerns promptly
Qualifications for this position include:
- Possess the knowledge and understanding of mortgage loan processing for conforming loan programs and agency guidelines
- Additional knowledge of regulatory & compliance guidelines as well as understanding of mortgage closing procedures is required
- A familiarity with Encompass is a must
- Experience conducting quality reviews for a staff of processors as well as conducting regular performance reviews
