Job Summary

A national mortgage originator and servicer has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Funder.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Obtaining and reviewing closing disclosure
• Communicating effectively with internal staff and title agents
• Requesting funds from warehouse lenders

Qualifications for this position include:

• One to three years mortgage experience including government lending
• Familiar with closing documents in a mortgage transaction
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, customer-service and organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
