Job Summary
A reverse mortgage provider is seeking a Remote Mortgage Funder.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Confirm all applicable conditions are met prior to Closing/Funding
- Draw and review loan documents for completeness and accuracy prior to document release
- Verify and input loan information accurately in lending operation system
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage doc drawing and closing/funding experience
- Knowledge of RESPA disclosure requirements, FHA rules and regulations
- Familiar with reading and interpreting insurance policies, title reports, appraisals, payoffs and settlement statements
- Excellent PC skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and has exceptional organization skills
