Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with appropriate parties to clear any outstanding conditions prior to loan funding
- Verifying and preparing wire transfer instructions
- Inputting funding information into the loan system
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- The knowledge of mortgage principles and theories
- Three (3) years prior mortgage experience
- Ability to deliver effective results and to meet deadlines
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent phone and service skills
