Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Funder and Closer.
Must be able to:
- Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Forwards copies to all parties involved
- Reviews and verifies executed closing packages
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to travel to the Seattle area for occasional meetings
- Thorough working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures
- Two to four years related experience or equivalent
