Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Funder and Closer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing, collecting documentation, reviewing and closing loan packages or loan files
• Updating and maintaining loan calendar with active mortgage closings
• Executing the transfer of lender funds for disbursement

Required Skills:

• Experience with banking, credit unions, or financial services funding
• Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations from origination to post-closing
• Ability to ensure loan compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ability to verify all closing documentation
• GED or high school diploma
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
