Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Funder Closer in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all collateral is correct prior to the wire transfer of funds
  • Verifying property address, note title, mortgage, vesting and APR
  • Ensuring that the loan isn’t in Section 32 and all legalities have been double-checked

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2 years experience in mortgage industry
  • Good mathematical aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
