Job Summary

A lender in the American reverse mortgage industry is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Industry Account Executive.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conducting quality sales calls with prospective and existing clients
• Sourcing new brokers on an ongoing basis and submitting required documentation for broker approval
• Developing and managing all business opportunities without a sales territory

Qualifications Include:

• 3 years FHA/Conv/Correspondent prime wholesale origination experience in mortgage industry
• Knowledge of loan programs, standard underwriting guidelines and compliance
• Prefer candidates that have an existing broker base experienced in originating FHA and Conventional mortgage loans
• Must be highly motivated and determined to succeed
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
