Job Summary

A credit reporting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Industry Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Assist clients when they call in with questions and concerns
  • Complete tasks and/or projects that have been assigned
  • Meet or exceed daily production quotas

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel to Evergreen, Colorado for training for up to a two week period at hire, and then potentially annually thereafter
  • Demonstrate strong data entry skills
  • Ability to carry out instructions and requests in an organized and timely manner
  • Must become FCRA certified
  • Experience in the mortgage and/or credit reporting industries - one year minimum
