A real estate company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Industry Post Closer.

Must be able to:

  • Review final signed closing packages prior to electronically submitting to investor/servicer
  • Manage a high volume, create quality products, and ensure timeliness
  • Monitor and track original collateral note until receipt by investor/servicer

Qualifications Include:

  • 2 years of experience working as a Post Closer within the lending/mortgage industry
  • Experience with TRID
  • Familiarity with mortgage lending criteria, compliance, and federal/state regulations
  • Expected to be accessible throughout the business day
  • Must be able to respond quickly to emails, slacks, phone calls, and other communications
