Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Investor Purchasing Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing team tasked with remediating all investor and agency conditions applied as a condition of loan purchase
- Maintaining current working knowledge of all applicable underwriting guidelines and processes
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years in Mortgage Lending
- Demonstrated effective employee management skills
- Ability to manage multiple personalities and make hard decisions where warranted
- Must be self-directed and capable of working with little supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment
