Job Summary
A lending company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Lending Client Support Specialist Trainer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging, educating, and training Client Support Specialist employees to reach optimal performance in their jobs
- Addressing and eliminating inefficiencies based on data review and analyzation
- Listening to recorded and live calls daily and develop/administer training to address performance concerns
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to support and promote corporate initiatives with positivity and enthusiasm
- Ability to stay abreast of industry, policy and procedural changes, and update training material as needed
- Can maintain visibility and availability on the floor to serve as subject matter expert and address questions
