Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Mortgage Lending Lock Desk Specialist in San Diego.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with reconciliation of any discrepancies in purchase price
• Work closely with Capital Markets leadership on daily pricing
• Process lock changes, reprice requests and extension requests

Position Requirements Include:

• MUST know Encompass
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ Years Mortgage Lending Experience preferred
