A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Closer 1.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolving any issues as soon as possible is important to get the loan closed on time
- Assisting the borrowers with the finishing touches on their loan process they answer questions, ensure everyone is on the same timeline, and keep everything moving forward according to plan
- Deliverying of the final loan estimate and closing disclosure to the borrowers and real estate agents so everyone can review them prior to closing
