A financial services company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Loan Closer 3.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Communicates with customers, clients, staff, realtors, brokers, counsel, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries
- Prepares mortgage loan files according to bank, regulatory and investor guidelines
- Ensures compliance with bank, regulatory and investor requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of relevant work experience, preferably in loan processing and closing activities
- Thorough knowledge of credit policies and approval processes preferred
- Proficient skills in applying general accounting principles preferred
