Job Summary
A full-service mortgage services company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Closer.
Must be able to:
- Prepare mortgage closing documents
- Check accuracy for all essential information
- Prepare accurate figures for monthly payments, escrows, etc
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years’ experience in preparing mortgage loan closing documents
- Knowledge of multiple investor closing policies and procedures
- Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, Flood and State laws and regulations
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
